Mr. Nitin Joshi is one of the most respected and admired name in the culinary and food service industry in India. He started his career with the Taj Mahal Palace, New Delhi and thereafter had worked with Hyatt, Delhi and had played various roles in organizations like the international trade fair authority, the Bistro and Gaylord to name a few.
